I'm at the moment considering the merits of pursuing either the CQE certification or the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt as I figure out the next steps in my career trajectory in manufacturing process engineering. I'm strongly interested in understanding which certification might bring more useful advantages and stronger market demand, especially considering developing industry trends and skill requirements.
